Eli & Edythe Broad Museum
In a partnership with WRA 330, the Broad Museum sought out help in creating a communications plan for their project EL 2030. As a member of the social media team, I did a lot of work researching who our audience might be and creating "personas" of each group that we identified. This document is an example of the personas, which includes information about user preference, social media habits, etc. Our team then built a communications plan around the information we gathered about our audience.
ProcedureThe team combined online research with interviews of people that we thought fell into the category called "creative class." We identified who these people might be in the East Lansing community, prepared interview questions, then synthesized the gathered information to create personas.
